Last night, as I was driving home from West Valley, I came to a billboard on the freeway that said:
"Relax--you're in the 34th safest city in America. Welcome to Sandy."
I think that the billboard could've just said:
"Relax--you're not in West Valley anymore. And this isn't Rose Park."
