I had planned to attend a luncheon reception for a friend's wedding this Friday. Today, I got out the invitation and saw that it is acutally on Thursday, which is tomorrow.
Not sure how I got the date wrong on that thing. I'd like to think that I was told Friday at some point, but more likely, I'm just having another date problem. It's not the worst kind of date problem I could have though, so I guess I'll just go with it.
But really--a reception in the middle of the day on a Thursday? How would I have ever imagined that?

Based on the title of the blog post, I was expecting great stories of a bad blind date or something. =)
