Hot. Really hot. Highs near 127 degrees, lows only down to 90, but at least the sun goes down at night.
Air quality will be gross, rain will not fall, and despair will rule the land.
I know, it's weird, but I just don't dig the summer--it's TOO HOT!!!!

amen sister. i am seriously not liking my first utah summer. it's like there's fine particles of poop hovering in the air. i kid you not, when i came around the pt of the mountain the other day, the smoggy haze over slc was thick and brownish. gross! and you just feel so hot and sticky all the time. i do, however, like that there are hardly any mosquitos here and night activities are pleasant.
Mmm-hmm! I don't love winter here, but the last few days have had me longing for those frigid winds. Today is our hottest day so far this year: 90. But the humidity is, like, 1000%, the wind isn't blowin' much, the mosquitoes are everywhere and at night we cool off to a lovely 70-something. Ick. but we have no smog, I guess that is the benefit of living in the middle of nowhere. :-)
