Grocery Store Adventures

This evening at Macey's, I walked past an elderly couple.  The man was saying to the woman "...some black beans and some red beans..." as he consulted a list.  Then, about 10 seconds later, I walked past an elderly woman with some teenagers.  As she consulted a list, she was telling them "...some black beans and some red beans..."

Unless it was some sort of senior citizen scavenger hunt, I have no idea what was going on.
