Last night, there was a car parked in one of my parking spots again. Right now, it's just the two of us living in the apartment, so we didn't need the space, so I didn't call and have it towed. I could have, but I didn't.
However, I sort of wanted to. I am 95% sure it was the same truck I had to tow before.
Some people never learn.
