Today, I decided to wear tennis shoes to work. I am always allowed to wear them on Fridays, but since I can't wear jeans, I always find that to be a weird look. However, my feet really hurt from walking a lot in heels this week, so I am just being ugly today.
This morning, I discovered that I have approximately 10 socks, none of which match each other.
This could be a problem during the winter. I may have to invest in socks. Bummer.
The only complete pair I could find? White socks with hearts all over them. It's just adding to the cuteness of the day...

Why is it that buying socks seems one of the lamest purchases we make, yet we have to make it? I put it off until all my socks have holes in them; who knows why, it's not they're $100 a pair or anything.
Buying socks is a pretty lame purchase, but not as lame as toilet paper. That one kills me. Pay for it, take it home, and flush it. What a waste. But I guess it beats the alternative...
JC is always putting holes in his socks by picking at the inside of his shoes with his big toes. I'm constantly buying him new socks. He suggested I just mend them. Mend them? Am I wearing a bonnett? I think not...
I always have holes in my socks too. Mine are purely because they're old. They are cheap, but I just never buy them. Today I did some shopping--did not buy socks. Oops...
Yeah, LL, you are definitely not wearing a bonnet. He could mend them on one of his flights. That would certainly be domestic...
