Unexplainable

My roommate moved out, so now I'm living alone (except for a few strange things she left behind...)

Anyway, yesterday I got home from church, cooked dinner (puff pancake), and bummed around the house for a while. Then I went out to ward prayer, and when I came back, my apartment smelled distinctly of fish. Um, I didn't make fish. I don't even have fish in the house, except for one thing in the freezer. And no one else could have made the fish because I am the only one who lives there.

How did that happen?

Still a bit fishy this morning...

More Bacon Than the Pan Can Handle, huh? I was singing that to JJ as we rocked and I think he recognized it. Wierd. Sorry about the fish smell, hope it goes away. Yuck!

Gross. Are there people who don't live there (I suppose that would be anyone but you) that have a key? Can you get the locks changed? Can you imagine any crime scenario in which the perp enters the premises, cooks a fish, and then flees the scene, leaving behind nothing but a fishy smell?

Once this guy at work (Dave) warmed up fish for his lunch and it totally stunk the place up. Management came up to our office (5th floor) trying to figure out what the smell was because someone up on the 9th floor called them to complain of a strange, foul odor.

Um, More Bacon Than The Pan Can Handle is a song? How old am I?

Um, my roommate might still have her key. I don't think that her official move out day is until the end of May, but I'm pretty sure she's on an internship in New York.

Yeah, it'd sure be hard to explain something like that to the police. "What makes you think that someone else was in the home?"

"Uh...I don't have fish. and it smells like fish."

Took out the trash. That smelled bad too, but not like fish. It's still a mystery.
