It should be a comfort to know that you were multitasking. I have walked into many a large (and painful) objects and embarrassingly, was doing nothing but walking at the time! Apparently walking takes a lot of concentration, and I just don't focus well under pressure like that!

I, too, am not good at navigating when I walk. The most embarrassing thing for me, though, is just standing. I sometimes loose my sense of 'up' and just tip over. Standing still, tip right over. People are always like, uh what was that? Just me, being lame!
