Affirmation

I had a bit of extra money in my flex spend account to use up before the end of the year, so I have been making some purchases (contacts, refilling prescriptions, etc.).

Today, I still had a bit left, so I went to pick out some glasses. I took someone, who will remain unnamed, with me so that I could have an opinion.

Me: Do these glasses make me look intelligent?

Opinion Giver: (instantly) No.

Suffice it to say, those were not the glasses I purchased...
