Today is June 2. I am pretty excited about that.
Why?
On June 6, a Panera is opening in my neighborhood. Right now, the closest Panera to me is in Queens.
QUEENS.
I have been watching them work on my Panera since November of last year. I walk over to it pretty regularly to see if it's open yet. The other day, they put up a sign that said it's opening June 6.
Come on, Panera, open, open, open!

AAAHHHHH!!!! You have to have the bacon spinach and cheese baked egg soufflé for me. Or I could drive down the street and have one for myself...either way. :-)
i love that the city that has everything didn't have a Panera.
